Charles W. “Chuck” Woldark 73 of Breese died Thursday June 16, 2005 at St. Joseph Hospital in Breese

 He was born October 6, 1931 in Oneonta New York to Walter J. and Anne R. (Lawrence) Woldark: they preceded him in death

 He married JoeAnn Coffin May 24, 1965 in Lawton OK and she survives in Breese

 Also surviving are sons Craig (Lisa) Guilliams of Granite City, Otis “Jack” (Terri) Holtsclaw of Hopkinsville KY, Scott (Marie) Holtsclaw of Dallas Oregon, Charles Patrick Woldark of Breese

 10 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren

 A sister Dorothy Ballard of Grandview MO

 Preceded in death by his parents, a granddaughter Crystal Holtsclaw, and a daughter-in-law Yvette Holtsclaw

 Chuck was a clerk with Foppe Amoco in Breese, and retired from Scott Air Force Base Logistics Management Specialist

 Member of St. Dominic Catholic Church in Breese

 Funeral Mass will be held on Monday June 20 at 11:00 am at St. Dominic Catholic Church in Breese with Fr. Patrick Peter officiating. Interment St. Dominic-St. Augustine Cemetery

 Visitation will be held on Monday June 20 from 9 to 10:45 am at the Moss Funeral Home in Breese
