Steve P. Becker 45 of Bartelso died Friday September 17, 2004 in Madison County, IL

 He was born March 1, 1959 in E. St. Louis, IL to Paul and Marcella (Beckmann) Becker; they survive in Bartelso

 Also survived by a sister Charlene Huegen of Bartelso

 Nephews Jonathan (Brandy) Huegen of New Baden, Chad Huegen of Bartelso

 Great Nephews Tanner, Cole, Trevor and Brady Huegen

 His special friend Kathy Kruep of Carlyle

 He was a carpenter with Water Cooling Equipment Co. in Bridgeton MO

 Member of St. Cecilia Catholic Church in Bartelso,  Sons of the American Legion in Beckemeyer, United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America Local 633 of St. Louis, A.B.A.T.E. of Illinois 

Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday Sept. 21, 2004 at 2 PM at St. Cecilia Catholic Church in Bartelso. Fr. Henry Fischer officiating. Interment St. Cecilia Cemetery 

Visitation will be held on Monday Sept. 20 from 4 to 9 PM and on Tuesday Sept. 21 from 11 am to 1:30 Pm at the Moss Funeral home in Germantown

 Memorials can be made to Mater Dei high school or St. Cecilia Church and will be received at the funeral home
