Johanna K. Beer, nee Luecking, 92, of Germantown, died Saturday, October 16, 2004 at Caring First Nursing Home in Breese

 She was born August 22, 1912 in Germantown to Henry and Catherine (Bohnenkemper) Luecking; they preceded her in death

 She married Alois Beer on April 28, 1937 at St. Libory and he preceded her in death on February 16, 2000 

Also preceded in death by brothers, Joseph, Bernard, George, Alphonse, Ferdinand, and Lawrence Luecking

 Also preceded in death by sisters, Mary Mueller, Veronica Pruett, and Alvina Weyerick

 Surviving is a Daughter, Bernette (Cletus) Toennies of Germantown

 Also surviving are sons Donald (Kathy) Beer of Breese, Stanley (JoAnn) Beer of Germantown, Lester (Carol) Beer of Breese, and Glennon (Lynda) Beer of Springfield

 19 Grandchildren and 29 Great-Grandchildren

 Also surviving is a Brother, Henry Luecking and a sister, Josephine Averbeck both of St. Libory

 Johanna was a homemaker

 She was a member of St. Boniface Catholic Church and Altar Sodality, Germantown Senior Citizens, and Daughters of Isabella Precious Blood Circle 718 

Funeral Mass will be Tuesday, October 19, 2004 at 11 AM at St. Boniface Catholic Church with Fr. Stephen Humphrey officiating.  Interment will follow at St. Boniface Cemetery

 Visitation will be Monday, October 18, 2004 from 4 to 9 PM and again on Tuesday, October 19, 2004 from 8 to 10:45 AM at the Moss Funeral Home in Germantown.

 Daughters of Isabella will pray the rosary at 7 PM Monday evening at the funeral home

 Memorials can be made to Mater Dei High School, St. Boniface Church, or to donor’s choice and will be received at the funeral home
