David H. Duing 67 of Trenton died Thursday April 2, 2009 at his residence 

He was born March 28, 1942 in St. Louis, MO to George and Cecilia (Albers) Duing: they preceded him in death 

Also preceded in death by a brother Harold Duing, sister Mary Frances Richter, father and mother-in-law Benedict and Anna (Niebur) Richter, brothers-in-law Don Venhaus and Jerry Duft, nephew Jeff Richter 

He married Anna Richter May 2, 1964 at St. Augustine Church in Breese and she survives in Trenton 

Also surviving are his children a daughter Debra (Keith) Mallon of Grover, MO and a son Douglas (Mary) Duing of Chester, VA 

Grandchildren Andrew, Alexis, Anna Mallon, Abigail, Matthew Duing 

Sisters LouAnn Venhaus of Afton, MO, Corine Duft of Highland, Carol (Jim) Matthews of St. Louis, MO, Darlene (Mert) Clayton of  St. Charles, MO 

Brothers-in-law Butch (Pauline) Richter of Aviston, Robert (Jeanette) Richter of Northville, MI, Jack (Deane) Richter of Breese, David (Phyllis) Richter of St. Louis, MO 

Sister-in-law Dorothy (Wayne) Diekemper of Carlyle 

Numerous nieces and nephews 

David was retired from General Motors and was a certified Illinois Basket Weaver. David enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, eagle watching, fishing, boating, camping and dancing. He also enjoyed driving his 68 Pontiac convertible 

Member of St. Mary Catholic Church and Men’s Sodality, Trenton Sportsmen Club, past member Trenton Nuthouse Club 

Funeral Mass of Christian burial will be Monday April 6, 2009 at 10:00 am at St. Mary Catholic Church in Trenton with Fr. Gene Kreher and Fr. James Deiters concelebrating. Interment St. Mary Cemetery 

Visitation will be held on Sunday April 5 from 4 to 8 PM and Monday April 6 from 8 to 9:45 am at the Moss Funeral Home in Trenton 

Memorials can be made to Mater Dei High School, Clinton County Relay for Life or Heartland Hospice and will be received at the funeral home
