Hughie D. Kimme 84 of Trenton died Tuesday January 11, 2005 at Caring First Nursing Home in Breese 

He was born September 29, 1920 in East St. Louis to Daniel and Jenny (Zimmermann) Kimme: they preceded him in death

 Also preceded in death by a son Jerry Kimme and a daughter-in-law Gloria Kimme 

He married Virginia Hagen March 29, 1943 in Honolulu Hawaii and she survives in Trenton

 Also surviving are sons Daniel Kimme of Belleville, Bruce (Christie) Kimme of San Antonio TX, Dale (Deanne) Kimme of Highland

 A daughter Becky (Alan) Tabor of Pawnee

 A brother William (Lucille) Kimme of Donnellson

 11 grandchildren and 2 great grandsons

 Hughie was a retired carpenter with Carpenter Local 169 of East St. Louis

 Member of St. Mary Catholic Church, Trenton

 Funeral Mass Friday January 14, 2005 at 10:30 am at St. Mary Catholic Church in Trenton with Fr. James Dougherty officiating. Interment St. Mary Cemetery

 Visitation will be held on Thursday January 13 from 4 to 9 PM and on Friday January 14 from 9 to 10:15 am at the Moss Funeral home in Trenton

 Memorials can be made to St. Mary Church or Alzheimer’s Research and will be received at the funeral home
