Jason Robert Kruse, 27, of Breese, died Thursday, November 1, 2007 at St. Joseph Hospital in Breese. 

He was born March 7, 1980 in Breese, IL to Charles and Marilyn (Varel) Kruse; they survive in Breese, IL. 

Also surviving is a brother, Brian (Lisa) Kruse of Streator, and sisters, Donna (Christopher) Tomerlin of Normal and Angela (Andy) Felchlia of Tucson, AZ. 

Nieces and Nephews, Danielle Lappe, Emily Felchlia, Nathan and Zachary Tomerlin.

Special Friend, Bonita Bolton and her son, Devon of Breese.

Aunts and Uncles, Louis (Barbara) Varel , Delores (Gervase) Henrichs, Rita (Jerry) Ratermann, Lorraine (Charles) Vonderhaar, Albert Varel, Rosemary (Dennis) Richter, Jerry Varel, Jane Deerhaake, Donald Varel,  Dorothy (Joseph) Voss, Frances Kruse, Irene Kruse, George (Robin) Kruse, Vincent (Joyce) Kruse, Rita (Darrell) Kuenning, and Mary Garen.  

Preceded in death by, Maternal Grandparents, Alois and Martha (Jansen) Varel, Paternal Grandparents, Aloys and Cecilia (Grawe) Kruse, uncles, Robert Kruse and Tom Deerhaake. 

Jason Graduated in 1998 from Mater Dei High School in Breese and was a Graduate of Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. 

He was currently employed as a teller at Germantown Trust and Savings in Beckemeyer and formerly worked at Wal-Mart in Carlyle. 

Member of St. Dominic Catholic Church in Breese. 

Jason enjoyed throwing darts and spending time with his nieces, nephews, and numerous friends. 

Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday, November 5, 2007 at 11:00 AM at St. Dominic Catholic Church in Breese with Fr. Patrick Peter officiating.  Interment will follow in St. Dominic~St. Augustine Cemetery, Breese. 

Visitation will be Sunday, November 4, 2007 from 4:00-9:00 PM and again on Monday, November 5, 2007 from 8:00-10:45 AM at the Moss Funeral Home in Breese. 

Memorials can be made to the donor’s choice and will be received at the funeral home.
