Ronald J. Richter, 57, of Breese, died Friday, September 1, 2006 in Omaha, Nebraska. 

He was born July 27, 1949 in Breese to James and Agatha (Brueggemann) Richter; his father preceded him in death and his mother survives in Trenton. 

He married Kathleen Claar on May 17, 2003 in Breese; she survives in Breese. 

Also surviving are his daughters, Michelle (Nick) Tebbe of St. Rose, Cynthia (Larry) Alexander of Trenton, Amy (Brian) Steel of Pacific, MO, and Amanda Richter of St. Louis. 

His Step-Children, Kari (Clark) Moore of Hattiesburg, Mississippi, Heather Heider of Belleville, and Michael Heider of Chicago. 

7 Grandchildren- Colin, Ethan, and Clara Tebbe, Trevor and Tyler Alexander, Emmaline and Elijah Steel. 

Brothers, Larry (Peg) Richter of Trenton and Kurt (Nancy) Richter of Aviston 

A Sister, Joan (Ken) Beer of Germantown 

Ron was on a job assignment in Omaha, Nebraska where he worked for Laborers Local 101 Plumbers and Pipe Fitters, Belleville, IL, former owner and operator of Twin Oaks Carriage Company, Breese, IL, and was the founding president of the Northern Breese Water Association. 

He was a member of Laborers Local 101 Plumbers and Pipe Fitters, Belleville, Clinton County Saddle Club, and the Rod and Gun Club. 

Funeral Services will be Wednesday, September 6, 2006 at 10 AM at Moss Funeral Home in Breese. 

Visitation will be Tuesday, September 5, 2006 from 4:00-9:00 PM and again on Wednesday, September 6, 2006 from 8:00-10:00 AM at the Moss Funeral Home in Breese. 

Memorials can be made to the Jefferson Barracks Veterans Hospital and will be received at the funeral home.
