Paul B. Timmermann 79 of Trenton died Thursday September 24, 2009 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Belleville 

He was born January 7, 1930 in Aviston, IL to George and Catherine (Wellen) Timmermann: they preceded him in death 

Also preceded in death by a daughter Anita Langhauser, two sisters in infancy, brothers Erbin Timmermann, George Timmermann, brothers-in-law Elmer Singler, Paul Povolish, Wally Schroeder, Ray Brady, sister-in-law Kay Timmermann 

Surviving his wife of Trenton Juliana “Julie” (Spihlmann) Timmermann who he married April 19, 1955 a t St. Augustine Church in Breese 

Sons Harold (Amy) Timmermann, James Timmermann all of Trenton 

Daughters Sandra (Joe) Todoroff of Swansea, Ann (Al) Ortiz of Corona, CA, Carol (Paul) Zellner of Collinsville 

10 grandchildren Jason Langhauser, Melissa, Amanda, Timothy Timmermann, Jamie, Jenna Todoroff, Joshua, Taina Ortiz, Tasia (Raymond) Sanchez, Cristina Kirtman 

3 step grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, 5 step great grandchildren 

Brothers Walter (Lucy) Timmermann of Calabash NC, David “Jeff” (Mary Jane) Timmermann of Germantown, Raymond (Lynn) Timmermann of Charleston WV 

Sisters Marie Povolish of New Baden, Esther Brady of Ottawa, Catherine Seigmann of Aviston, Delores (George) Glover of Napa CA, Edna (Mike) Banco of Great Fall MT,  

Sisters-in-law Marie Timmermann and Marilyn Timmermann both of Breese 

Paul retired after 44 years at Granite City Steel, An Army Veteran of Korean Conflict 

Member of St. Mary Catholic Church and Men’s Sodality in Trenton, Life Member of the Trenton VFW Post 7983 in Trenton, Life member of American Legion Post 252 in Breese, United Steel Workers Local 1899 in Granite City 

Funeral Mass of Christian burial will be Monday September 28, 2009 at 10:00 am at St. Mary Catholic Church in Trenton with Fr. Gene Kreher officiating. Interment Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, St. Louis, MO 

Visitation will be held on Sunday September 27 from 4 to 9 PM and Monday September 28 from 8 to 9:45 am at the Moss Funeral Home in Trenton 

Memorials can be made to American heart Association, American Diabetes Foundation or Donor’s Choice and will be received at the funeral home 

Breese American Legion will hold services Sunday at 7:00 pm; Trenton VFW will hold services at 7:30 Pm both at the funeral home
