Linda M. Medley, age 76, of Trenton, died Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Breese.
Mrs. Medley was born May 10, 1941 in Mayfield, KY, a daughter of the late Lloyd and Pauline, nee Burgess, Hobbs.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by grandsons, Justin Cox and Jimmy Walden, Jr.; and brothers, Harold and Johnny Hobbs.
She is survived by her husband, Dale Medley of Trenton whom she married January 25, 1980 in Peoria; children, Lynn (Kirk) Andrews of Lexington, Jackie Walden of Bartonville, Jim Walden Peoria, and David Walden; step-children, Valerie Ritter of Eureka and Angela (Troy) Shelby of Peoria; 15 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren; and siblings, Gene Hobbs of Washington, Pat Willett of Washington, and Sue Pierceall of Sunny Land.
Linda retired from North American Lighting in Salem and was a member of First United Methodist Church in Trenton.
A memorial service will be Saturday, March 10, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at the First United Methodist Church in Trenton.
Memorials may be made to the donor’s choice and will be received at Moss Funeral Home, 105 S. Main, Trenton, IL 62293 who is serving the Medley Family.
