            Sunday April 20 2008 at St. Joseph Hospital in Highland  
            
            She was born January 14, 1928 in 
            Greene County, IL to Bert and Ethel (Price) Fox; they preceded her 
            in death  
            
            Also preceded in death by brothers 
            Loyal, Clarence and Harlan Fox, sisters Mary Farnbach, Doris Kelly 
            and Maude Cox  
            
            She married Lloyd “Dick” Bain 
            January 20, 1952 in Piggott Arkansas he preceded her in death April 
            8, 2008  
            
            Survivng is a son Dru (LeeEm) Bain 
            of Belleville  
            
            Daughters Dixie (Jerry) Thurman of 
            Pottsboro TX, Patricia (friend Greg Meier) McEwen of O’Fallon, MO  
            
            7 grandchildren Andrea (Aaron) 
            Vogel, Rebecca Thurman, Justinn and Ehrinn McEwen, Emily, Troy and 
            Elizabeth Brown  
            
            2 great granddaughters Kynleigh 
            Vogel, Alexandria Thurman Boswell  
            
            A sister Ivy (Donald) Hawk of 
            Whitehall  
            
            Sisters-in-law Mary Belle Fox of 
            Merodosia, Vera Fox of Burlington,
            Iowa, Eileen Steelman of 
            Glasgow, IL 
            
            Iris attended Nursing School in 
            Springfield, 
            IL and was a nurse at a Highland 
            Nursing Home and Home Health care nurse and she was a homemaker  
            
            Member of West
            Gate Baptist Church in 
            Trenton  
            
            Funeral services will be held on 
            Wednesday April 23 at 7:00 Pm at the Moss Funeral Home in 
            Trenton 
            with Rev. Mike May officiating. Interment Thursday April 24 at 10:00 
            am at Pinetree Cemetery in Whitehall,
            IL  
            
            Visitation will be held on Wednesday 
            April 23 from 4 to 7 Pm at the Moss Funeral Home in Trenton  
            
            Memorials can be made to the West 
            Gate Baptist Church and will be received at the funeral home  |
