in Belleville and she preceded him in death March 13, 2000

4 grandchildren Todd (fiancée Angel
Roberts) Detmer, Travis Detmer, Cody Detmer, Dylan Woodcock
A sister Arlene “Sis” (Lenny) Drda
of Highland
Arvel retired from the US Navy
after 20 years of service, retired US Postal service, also worked as
manager of the Trenton VFW and a bartender at Mike’s Place in
Summerfield
Member of St. Mary Catholic Church
in Trenton, VFW Post 7983 in Trenton, American Legion Post 778 in
Trenton
Funeral service will be held on
Friday June 8 at 10:30 am at
the Moss Funeral Home in
Trenton with Fr. James Dougherty officiating Interment St. Mary
Cemetery, Trenton
Visitation will be held on Thursday
June 7 from 4 to 8 PM and on Friday June 8 from 9 to 10:30 am
at the Moss Funeral Home in
Trenton
Memorials can be made to the
Donor’s Choice and will be received at the funeral home
VFW
and American Legion member s will hold services at 7 PM on Thursday
