Donald J. Dieckmann, 62 of New Athens, formerly of Frogtown, died Monday November 8, 2004 at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Belleville

He was born in Breese on August 5, 1942, to Eugene and Mayme (Shepherd) Dieckmann; they preceded him in death

Surviving are his sons, Brian (Karen) Dieckmann of Carlyle, Bob Dieckmann of Carlyle, and Donald Dieckmann Jr. of Texas

A daughter Missy Dieckmann of Highland

5 grandchildren-Ashley, Travis, and Heather Dieckmann, Jeffrey and Joshua Ray

His loving partner Becky Osborn of New Athens

Don was employed with Deli Star in Fayetteville

Member of First Baptist Church of Carlyle

Graveside services will be held on Friday, November 12, 2004 at 10 AM at Ellwood Cemetery in Breese with Brother Bill Chambers officiating

Family will meet friends at the cemetery

Memorials can be made to the family and will be received through Moss Funeral Home who is handling the arrangements
