He married Dolores Robke May 23, 1950 at St. Bonifacec Church in Germantown and she preceded him in death October 28, 1997

Also preceded in death by a brother Leo Ortmann; Sisters Irene Frerker, Eugenia Dierkes and Caroline Hemker

Surviving is a daughter Carol (Gary) Mandershcied of Collinsville

A granddaughter Meghan Mandershcied of Collinsville

Brothers Vince (Marcella Ortmann of Germantown, Walter Ortmann of O’Fallon

A sister Virginia Ratermann of Breese

Frank was retired Manager of FS Grain Elevator and Supply Co. in Albers, also from Irvington Elevator in Centralia

Member of St. Boniface Catholic Church and Mens Sodality in Germantown, Germantown American Legion Post 325 and Breese Knights of Columbus Council 2869

Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday May 20, 2003 at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Germantown at 11:00 am with Fr. Stephen Humphrey officiating Interment St. Boniface Cemetery

Visitation will be held Monday May 19, 1993 from 4 to 9 Pm and on Tuesday May 20 from 8 to 10:45 am at the Moss Funeral Home in Germantown
