He was born November 7, 1909 in Breese to Henry and Teresa (Maue) Richter: they preceded him in death

He married Regina Voss February 20, 1935 at St. Dominic church in Breese and she preceded him in death February 11, 1997

Also preceded in death by a son Frank Richter, grandson Jeff Richter, son-in-laws Ken Revermann and Bill Holtgrave, a brother Tony Richter and a sister Kate Eilers

Surviving are sons Paul (Martha) Richter, of Breese, Joe (Beatrice) Richter of Breese, Charlie Richter of Breese, Jim (Mary Jane) Richter of Breese, Ben (Doris) Richter of Aviston Mike (Sue) Richter of Germantown

Daughters Mary Revermann of Breese, Pat (Henry) Detmer of St. Rose, Marti (Vic) Billhartz of Bowling Green, KY, Joanie Richter of Breese, Judy (Mark) Richter of Highland

Daughters in law Marilyn Richter and Jean Richter both of Breese

Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday January 13, 2004 at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Breese at 11:00 a.m. with Fr. Vincent Haselhorst officiating. Interment St. Dominic-St. Augustine Cemetery, Breese

Visitation will be held on Monday January 12 from 4 to 9 PM and on Tuesday January 13 from 8 to 10:45 am at the Moss Funeral Home in Breese

In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to St. Augustine Church or Mater Dei High school and will be received at the funeral home
