Emelia A. "Millie" Timmermann, 99, of St.
Rose died Tuesday June 8 2004 at Carlyle Healthcare Center Carlyle
IL.
She was born May 23, 1905 in St. Rose to Frank and Elizabeth (Tebbe)
Schrage. They preceded her in death.
April 15, 1925 she married Victor Timmermann, Sr. at St. Rose
Church and he died July 28, 1983.
She was a homemaker and a member of St. Rose Church, St. Rose
Altar Sodality, St. Rose Development Club, St. Rose Golden Age Club,
Daughters of Isabella Precious Blood Circle 718, a charter member of
the St. Joseph Hospital Auxiliary and avid quilter and card player.
She is survived by sons Richard (Ruth) Timmermann of Breese,
Maurice (Kit) Timmerman and Tom (Doris) Timmermann all of St. Rose,
a daughter Marian Luebbers of Carlyle
and a daughter in law Mary Jane Timmermann of Carlyle.
She has 22 grandchildren and 48 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son Victor, Jr., a son in law Earl
Luebbers and a grandson Craig Luebbers, brothers Fred, Frank Jr.,
William, Albin, Victor Schrage and sisters Elizabeth Streator, Celia
Huelsmann and Irene Woltering.
Funeral services will be held Saturday June 12 2004 at 11 Am at
St. Rose Church with Fr. Edward Schaefer officiating. Interment will
be in St. Rose Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Moss funeral home in Breese Friday June
11 from 4 to 9 PM and Saturday June 12 from 8 to 10:30 AM.
Memorials can be made to St. Rose Church or donor’s choice and
will be received at the funeral home
