Grace E. Welling, 69, of Mount Olive, IL and formerly
of St. Louis, MO died Thursday, May 1, 2003 at Gateway Medical
Center in Granite City, IL
She was born March 3, 1934 in St. Louis, MO to George W. and Edna
Rose (Gleifrost) Germann; they preceded her in death
She married Louis Welling on June 17, 1982 at Ascension Church in
Chesterfield, MO; he preceded her in death on April 23, 2001
Also preceded in death by a brother Melvin Germann
Surviving are sisters Edna (Bob) Morrison of St. Charles, MO,
Ruth (Harvey) Hix of O’Fallon, MO, and Adeline Germann of St.
Peters, MO
Several Nieces & Nephews
Grace was an analyst for the United States Government
She was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church
Graveside services will be Sunday, May 11, 2003 at 2 PM at St.
Mary’s Cemetery in Trenton with Pastor Dennis Pumford officiating.
Memorials can be made to the charity of the donor’s choice and
will be received through Moss Funeral Home, 105 S. Main, Trenton, IL
