Eugene W. Albers 78 of Bartelso died Monday July 27, 2009 at St. Joseph Hospital in Breese 

He was born July 12, 1931 in Bartelso to Henry and Cecilia (Usselmann) Albers: they preceded him in death 

Also preceded in death by a brother Norbert Albers, sister Leona Voss, brothers-in-law Alfred Voss, Edward Korte, sisters-in-law Margie Albers, Lucille Albers 

Surviving are brothers Henry “Jitter’ (Mary) Albers of Damiansville, Richard Albers of Bartelso 

Sisters Viola Korte of Carlyle, Dolores (Robert) VonBokel of Aviston 

Sister-in-law Marie Albers of Breese 

Numerous nieces and nephews 

Eugene was retired from Ford Motor Company and enjoyed playing pinochle 

Member of St. Cecilia Catholic Church in Bartelso, American Legion Post 976 Bartelso, Catholic War Veterans, Bartelso Knights of Columbus 

Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday July 30, 2009 at 11:00 AM at St. Cecilia Catholic Church in Bartelso with Fr. Henry Fischer officiating. Interment St. Cecilia Cemetery 

Visitation will be held on Wednesday July 29 from 4 to 8 PM and Wednesday July 30 from 8 to 10:30 am at Moss Funeral Home in Germantown 

Memorials can be made to St. Cecilia Church and will be received at the funeral home
