Margaret H. “Margie” Albers, nee Huelsmann, 73, of Bartelso, died Monday, March 12, 2007 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Belleville 

Mrs. Albers was born March 31, 1933 in Beckemeyer to William Sr. and Lena (Poettker) Huelsmann; they preceded her in death 

Also preceded in death by brothers, Joseph Huelsmann, Leo Huelsmann, Edwin Huelsmann; her father and mother-in-law, Henry and Cecilia (Usselmann) Albers; brothers-in-law, Ray Hempen, Al Voss, Norbert Albers, Ed Korte; sisters-in-law, Viola Huelsmann, Leona Voss, Lucille Albers 

She married Richard Albers on September 14, 1954 at St. Cecilia Catholic Church in Bartelso; he survives in Bartelso 

Also surviving is her children, Debbie (Jerry) Diekemper of Carlyle, Sandy (Paul) Pfister of Woodlawn, Michael (Lisa) Albers of Webster Groves, MO, Nancy (Ralph) Rakers of Carlyle, Rick (Stacy) Albers of Bartelso, Terry (Cindy) Albers of Bartelso 

18 Grandchildren-Jason (Tonya) Diekemper, Travis (Shaina) Diekemper, Andy (fiancé Michelle Jones) Diekemper, Dale Diekemper, Ben (Kristy) Beckmann, Nicole (fiancé Christopher Holle) Beckmann, Brittany Pryor, Emily Pryor, Grant Albers, Hanna Albers, Isabelle Albers, Jared Rakers, Adam Rakers, Kaitlyn Albers, Dillon Albers, Kaleb Albers, Jake Albers, MacKenzie Albers

Margie was a homemaker 

She was a member of St. Cecilia Catholic Church and Altar Sodality, and formerly a member of the Bartelso Women’s Bowling League.  She was an avid Card Player and enjoyed quilting

Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be Wednesday, March 14, 2007 at 2:00 PM at St. Cecilia Catholic Church in Bartelso with Fr. Henry Fischer officiating.  Interment will follow in St. Cecilia Cemetery, Bartelso 

Visitation will be Tuesday, March 13, 2007 from 4:00-9:00 PM and again on Wednesday, March 14, 2007 from 11:00 AM-1:30 PM at the Moss Funeral Home in Breese  

Memorials can be made to the Donor’s Choice and will be received at the funeral home
