Gerald F. Bleisch, 84, of New Baden and formerly of Highland, died Thursday, July 3, 2008 at Clinton Manor Living Center in New Baden. 

He was born June 26, 1924 in Highland to Filmer and Sophia (Heithaus) Bleisch; they preceded him in death. 

Also preceded in death by brothers, Earl Bleisch and William Bleisch. 

Surviving is a brother, Don Bleisch of Highland. 

Gerald was a lifelong farmer and was of the Protestant faith. 

Funeral Service will be Monday, July 7, 2008 at 1:00 PM at the Moss Funeral Home in Trenton with Rev. Linzy Collins Jr. officiating.  Interment will follow in Trenton Cemetery. 

Visitation will be from 12:00-1:00 PM at the Moss Funeral Home in Trenton. 

Memorials can be made to Clinton Manor Living Center and will be received at the funeral home.
