Charles C. Buehler 97 of Trenton died Monday September 20, 2004 at St. Joseph Hospital in Breese

 He was born November 6, 1906 in Trenton to Julius and Elizabeth (Lippert) Buehler: they preceded him in death

 He married Selma Zitzmann May 27, 1938 at St. Mary Church in Trenton and she preceded him in death July 25, 1987 

Also preceded in death a grandson Chris Potthast, brothers John, Fred and Walter Buehler, sisters Alice Phillips, Lillian and Florence Buehler a son in law Donald Potthast

 Surviving is a son Charles (Shirley) Buehler of O’Fallon

 A daughter Helen (Paul) Friess of Trenton

 4 grandchildren Charles Jr. (Julie) Buehler of Trenton, Angela (David) Barajas of San Francisco California, Amy (Norbert) Stein of Trenton and Brian Potthast of Shiloh and 5 great grandchildren Andrew & Nicholas Buehler, David Joseph Barajas, Chelsey and Cody Stein

 He was retired salesman from Koch Candy Company in Trenton and a member of Trenton Senior Citizens and former member and Treasurer of Trenton Sportsman’s Club. 

Funeral Services will be held at the Moss Funeral Home in Trenton Friday September 24 at 10 am, with Sr. Angela Schrage officiating. Interment Trenton Cemetery 

Visitation will be held Thursday Sept 23 from 4 to 9 Pm and Friday Sept 24 from 8 to time of service at the Moss Funeral Home in Trenton

 Memorials can be made to American Cancer Society or St. Mary Church and will be received at the funeral home
