Robert E. “Bob” Carson, 89, of Trenton, died Sunday, November 2, 2008 at his residence. 

Mr. Carson was born August 23, 1919 in Richmond, Virginia to John and Dorothy (Thuriston) Carlson; they preceded him in death. 

On November 28, 1960 he married Dorothy Glenz in Castle Rock, Washington; she preceded him in death on May 23, 1991.   He later married Linda Auro on September 25, 2006 in the Philippines and she survives in Trenton.  

Also surviving are his children, Jeff (Stacia) Carson of Troy, Jim (Pacita) Carson of Swansea, Jaleh (Charlie) Pons of Florissant, MO, Robin Carson of Washington, and Debbie (Steve) Wallace of Washington. 

8 Grandchildren-Randy, Alex, Noah, Faith, Joseph, Ty, Lindsey, and Michelle and 1 Great-Grandchild, Cade. 

A Brother, John Carson of Arizona. 

In addition to his parents and wife he was preceded in death by a son, Jack Carson, brothers, Jim and Howard Carson, and sisters, Florence Sable and Agnes Carson. 

Bob retired as a Civil Engineer from Scott Air Force Base. 

A memorial service will be Wednesday, November 5, 2008 at 7:00 PM at the Moss Funeral Home in Trenton. 

Visitation will be Wednesday, November 5, 2008 from 5:30-7:00 PM at the Moss Funeral Home in Trenton. 

Memorials can be made to the American Cancer Society and will be received at the funeral home.
