She was born September 6, 1918 in Albers to Erwin and Margaret (Wolters)
Essenpreis; they preceded her in death
She married Louis Deien on May 14, 1936 at St. Augustine in
Breese; he preceded her in death on March 7, 1966
Also preceded in death by Brothers Arthur Essenpreis and Ervin
Essenpreis; Sisters Juanita Peltes and Betty Baxter
Estelle is survived by Sons Bill (Wilma) Deien of Bartelso, and
Alan (Donna) Deien of Breese
Daughters Carol (Paul "Wheaties") Hollenkamp of Huey,
and Darlene (Walter "Corky") Schulte of Breese
13 Grandchildren and 21 Great Grandchildren
Brothers James (Dorothy) Essenpreis of Breese, and Sylvester
"Smokey" Essenpreis of Breese
Sisters Mary Jane Tracy of Odin, and Margie (Roger) Childerson of
Greenville
Nooks retired from Arrow Group Industries in Breese
She was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church in Breese
Funeral Mass Monday, February 10, 2003 at 10 AM at St. Augustine
Church in Breese with Fr. Chuck Tuttle officiating. Interment in St.
Dominic-St. Augustine Cemetery in Breese
Visitation will be Sunday, February 9, 2003 from 4 to 9 PM and
again on Monday, February 10, 2003 from 8 to 9:45 AM at the Moss
Funeral Home in Breese
Memorials can be made to St. Augustine Church in Breese and will
be received at the funeral home
