formerly of Breese, died Saturday, February 19, 2005 at Memorial
Hospital in Belleville
He was born October 27, 1979 in
Breese to Gary and Shirley (nee Woltering) Detmer; they survive in
Breese
Also Surviving is a sister Tracy
(special friend Michael Bellemey) Detmer and a brother Eric Detmer
both of Breese
Special Friend Jennifer Solomon of
Nashville
Maternal Grandmother-Alice (Nee
Sprehe) Woltering of Aviston
Preceded in death by his Paternal
Grandparents Albin and Rose (nee Ratermann) Detmer, Maternal
Grandfather Edward Woltering, and two uncles Herb Kahrhoff and Stan
McKinney
Scott worked as a delivery person
for Koerner Distributing in New Baden
He was a member of St. Dominic
Catholic Church in Breese
Member of Dee’s Hockey League,
Friday Night Men’s Bowling League, Sunday Night Men’s Foosball
League, and Belleville, Marissa, and Scooter’s Volleyball Leagues
Scott graduated from Mater Dei High
School in Breese in 1997
Funeral Mass Will be Tuesday,
February 22, 2005 at 11:30 AM at St. Dominic Catholic Church in
Breese with Fr. Patrick Peter and Fr. Chuck Tuttle officiating.
Interment will follow at St. Dominic/St. Augustine Cemetery,
Breese.
Visitation will be Monday, February
21, 2005 from 4 to 9 PM and again on Tuesday, February 22, 2005 from
8 to 11:15 AM at the Moss Funeral Home in Breese.

choice and will be received at the funeral home
