Stanley
D. Feldmann, 76, of Damiansville, died Friday, February 16, 2007 at
his residence.
Mr.
Feldmann was born September 14, 1930 in Breese to Helen Feldmann
Ryan; she preceded him in death.
He
married Jane Johnson on July 12, 1951 at St. Dominic Church in
Breese; she preceded him in death on October 30, 1996.
He hen
married Rita Niebur-Haselhorst-Timmermann on August 8, 1998 at St.
Damian Church in Damiansville; she preceded him in death on May 28,
2003.
He then
married Shirley Manhart-Schulte on November 5, 2004 at St. John
United Church of Christ in Breese; she survives in Damiansville.
Also
surviving are his sons Michael Feldmann of Rockford, Michigan and
Alan (Kathy) Feldmann of Breese.
Step-children, Eric Schulte of Breese, Carla (Stephen) Stalnaker of
Carlyle, and Douglas (Jenny) Schulte of Breese.

Grandchildren, Lisa Feldmann, Jessica and Heather Feldmann.

Step-Grandchildren, Courtney and Kira Schulte, Amanda and Michael
Stalnaker, and Jadyn Schulte.

Great-Grandson, Quinten Kamp.
He was
preceded in death by a granddaughter, Kelly Feldmann and a
step-granddaughter, Isabelle Schulte.
Stan
retired from Clinton County Rural Electric after 33 years and from
the Clinton County Sheriff’s Department after 30 years of service.
He was an Army Veteran serving in Korea from 1951-1953.
He was
a member of St. Damian Catholic Church, Past Commander (1983-1984)
and Past Drill Team Sergeant of the Breese American Legion Post 252,
Life Member of the Carlyle VFW, Past Member of the Damiansville
School Board, Past Officer of the Damiansville Chamber of Commerce.
Funeral
Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday, February 20, 2007 at 11:00
AM at St. Damian Catholic
Church in Damiansville with Fr. Donald Lenzini and Msgr. Donald
Eichenseer officiating. Interment will follow in St. Dominic/St.
Augustine Cemetery, Breese.
Visitation will be Monday, February 19, 2007 from 4:00-9:00 PM and
again on Tuesday, February 20, 2007 from 8:00-10:30 AM at the Moss
Funeral Home in Breese. Memorials can be made to St. Damian Church
or to the Breese American Legion Building Fund and will be received
at the funeral home.
The
Breese American Legion will hold services at 7:30 PM Monday evening
at the funeral home. |
