Tony Frohn, 80, of Breese, and
formerly of Aviston, died Thursday, May 28, 2009 at Barnes-Jewish
Hospital in St. Louis.
He was born September 21, 1928 in
Aviston, IL to Henry and Mary
(Wesselmann) Frohn: they preceded him in death.
He married Florence Langhauser June
8, 1954 at St. Cecelia Church in Bartelso, IL; she survives in Breese.
Also surviving are his children Kathy
(Lester) Hemker of Bartelso, Dennis (Geri) Frohn of St. Rose, Marvin
(Jeannie) Frohn of St. Rose, Jim Frohn of Aviston, and Marlene
(Russell) Fuhler of Highland
10 grandchildren Allan (fiancée
Lorrie Leehane) Hemker, Brad Hemker, Laura (special friend Jason
Timmermann) Hemker, Melissa (special friend Ryan Rehkemper) Hemker,
Devon Frohn, Phillip Frohn, Emily Frohn, Craig Frohn, Ben Fuhler,
and Kaitlyn Fuhler
Sisters Lucille Frey of Pierron and
Isabelle Mueller of Aviston
In addition to his parents he was
preceded in death by brothers-in-law, Duane Frey and Marcellus
Mueller.
Tony was a life long livestock and
grain farmer and retired in 1995. He enjoyed fishing and hunting
with family and friends. He loved playing cards, especially euchre
and was an avid storyteller.

Aviston and Clinton County Farm Bureau
Funeral Mass of Christian burial will
be on Monday, June 1, 2009 at 10:00am at St. Francis Church in
Aviston, IL with Fr. Daniel
Friedman officiating. Interment at St. Francis Cemetery
Visitation will be held on
Sunday, May 31, 2009 from
4:00–8:00 pm and again on Monday from 8:00-9:30 am at the Moss
Funeral Home in Breese
