Derek A. Garrison 21 of Germantown died Sunday May 24, 2009 at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO 

He was born March 31, 1988 in Centralia to Drew and Karen (Beer) Garrison: they survive in Germantown 

Also surviving is a sister Kelsey (friend J.D. Crow) Garrison of Germantown 

a brother Devin Garrison of Germantown 

a girlfriend Nicole 

Numerous aunts, uncles, cousin and friends 

Preceded in death by grandparents Norbert and Helen Beer, Otis and Eleanor Garrison 

Derek was a 2006 graduate of Mater Dei High School, attended Kaskaskia College for 2 years. He worked for P.J.’s Diner in Breese and the Deli at Super Value in Carlyle 

Derek enjoyed life, his friends, playing poker, body building, skiing and dirt bike riding 

Funeral Mass of Christian burial will be Thursday May 28, 2009 at 11:00 am at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Germantown with Fr. James Buerster officiating. Interment St. Boniface Cemetery 

Visitation will be held on Wednesday May 27 from 4 to 9 PM and Thursday May 28 from 8 to 10:30 am at the Moss Funeral Home in Germantown
