Norma Jean Hites 66 of Myrtle Beach S.C. and formerly of Trenton died Monday January 8, 2007 at Conway Medical Center in Conway S.C. 

She was born April 14, 1940 in Harrisburg PA to Isabella (Payne) Sherman and to the late Harold Burns;

Her mother survives in Meadville PA 

She married Walter Hites October 6, 1956 in Dixonberg, PA and he preceded her in death August 9, 2003 

Also preceded in death by a brother Clifford Prussia 

Surviving is a son Jesse (Sharon) Hites of Myrtle Beach S.C. 

A daughter Brenda (Bruce) Cribb of Myrtle Beach SC 

5 grandchildren Allison and Aaron Hites, Joshua, Kaley and Heather Henriksen 

A brother Russell Prussia of Meadville PA 

Sisters Lucille Menist, Joann Castille and Bonnie Kuhn all of Meadville PA 

Norma was a homemaker  

Member of Langston Baptist Church in Conway SC. And past member of the Grace Community Baptist Church in Trenton 

Funeral Service will be Friday January 12, 2007 at 11 am at the Moss Funeral Home in Trenton with Rev. Bob Marsh officiating. Interment Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, St. Louis, MO 

Visitation will be held on Friday January 12 from 9 to 11 am at the Moss Funeral Home in Trenton 

Memorials can be made to American Cancer Society and will be received at the funeral home
