Dolores B. Horstmann, nee Hemann, 61, of Trenton, died Thursday, December 29, 2005 at her residence 

She was born December 12, 1944 in Germantown to Edward and Marie (Maue) Hemann; they preceded her in death 

She married Paul Horstmann on February 23, 1965 at St. Boniface Catholic Church; he preceded her in death on May 17, 1985 

Also preceded in death by her mother-in-law Dorothy Horstmann, and a brother-in-law Ferd Schulte 

Surviving are sons Michael (Cheryl) Horstmann of New Baden and Daniel (Rachelle) Horstmann of Breese 

Daughters Debra (Michael) Berndsen of Breese, Brenda (Charles) Scott of O’Fallon, Sheila (Matthew) Clair of Collinsville, and Sandra Horstmann of Trenton 

10 Grandchildren-Paul, Allan, Mackenzie, Caleb, and Alexander Horstmann, Cody Horstmann, Morgan and Hannah Berndsen, Dylan and David Scott 

A brother Edward (Janice) Hemann of Germantown 

Sisters Betty Schulte of Breese and Jeanette (Dennis) Horstmann of Trenton 

Father-in-law Eugene Horstmann of Trenton 

Sisters-in-law Eva (Mike) Koch of Aviston, Lucy (Lee) Wellen of Highland, Dottie (Kevin) Burton of Aviston, and Jeanne (Ron) Thole of Trenton 

Brothers-in-law Glenn (Diane) Horstmann of O’Fallon, MO, Mark (Mary Ann) Horstmann of Elkville, and Matt (Betsy) Horstmann of Trenton 

Dolores retired as a cook from Trenton House Restaurant in Trenton and PJ’s Diner in Breese 

She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church and Trenton VFW Post 7983 Auxiliary 

A Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday, January 2, 2006 at 10:00 AM at St. Mary Catholic Church in Trenton with Fr. James Dougherty officiating.  Interment will follow in St. Mary Cemetery, Trenton 

Visitation will be Sunday, January 1, 2006 from 4 to 9 PM and again on Monday, January 2, 2006 from 8 to 9:45 AM at the Moss Funeral Home in Trenton. 

Trenton VFW Auxiliary will hold services at 7:30 PM Sunday Evening at the Funeral Home 

Memorials can be made to VNA-TIP Hospice or to the charity of the donor’s choice and will be received at the funeral home
