Noretta Korte, 89, of Trenton died Monday November 6, 2006 at Caring First Nursing Home in Breese 

She was born February 7, 1917 in Trenton to Arthur and Nora (Low) Wehrle: they preceded her in death 

She married Louis Korte June 9, 1937 at St. Mary Church in Trenton and he preceded her in death September 24, 1997 

Also preceded in death by a grandson Michael Korte, great grandson Cody Korte, brothers; Robert, Roy, George and Clarence Wehrle, a sister Viola Wragg 

Surviving is a son Louis “Bud” (Mary Jane) Korte of Summerfield 

Daughters Pat (Joe) Hagen of Breese, Mary Lue (Lloyd) Rapien of Trenton, Nora (Phil) Abernathy of Arvada CO 

13 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren 

Noretta was retired supervisor from Highland Manufacturing 

Member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Trenton 

Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday November 8 at 10:00 am at St. Mary Catholic church in Trenton with Fr. James Dougherty officiating. Interment St. Mary cemetery 

Visitation will be held on Tuesday November 7 from 4 to 9 Pm and on Wednesday November 8 from 8 to 9:45 am at the Moss Funeral Home in Trenton 

Memorials can be made to St. Mary Church, Hospice of Southern Illinois or Donor’s Choice and will be received at the funeral home
