Joyce M. Kuhl, nee Wessling, 52, of Germantown, died Monday, March 27, 2006 at her residence. 

Mrs. Kuhl was born June 18, 1953 in Breese to Vincent and Eleanor (Beer) Wessling; they preceded her in death. 

Also preceded in death by her father-in-law, Robert Kuhl, Sr., and a sister-in-law, Elaine Schroeder. 

On September 20, 1974 she married Dennis “Boomer” Kuhl at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Germantown; he survives in Germantown. 

Also surviving are sons, Douglas Kuhl and wife Diane of St. Louis and Jason Kuhl of Germantown. 

A grandson, Sean Kuhl. 

Sisters, Diane Schniers and husband Stan and Charlene Albers and husband Mark all of Germantown. 

Her mother-in-law, Valeria Kuhl of Germantown. 

Sisters-in-law, Patricia Schlautman and husband Jack of St. Louis, Donna Lampe of St. Louis, and Diane “Fuzzy” Gebke and friend Tom Winkeler of Germantown. 

Brothers-in-law,  Robert Kuhl, Jr. of Swansea, Richard Kuhl of Atlanta,GA, Kenny Kuhl and wife Donna of Albers, Mark Kuhl and wife Amy of Breese, and Ronald Schroeder of Germantown. 

Numerous Nieces, Nephews, and cousins. 

Joyce along with her husband was the former co-owners of Cornerstone Bar and Grill in Germantown, and she was also a former teller at Germantown Trust and Savings Bank. 

She was a member of St. Boniface Catholic Church and Altar Sodality, Clinton County Tavern Association, Mater Dei Mothers and Friends, and a former president of the Germantown Grade School PTA. 

Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday, March 30, 2006 at 11:00 AM at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Germantown with Fr. Stephen Humphrey officiating.  Interment will follow in St. Boniface Cemetery, Germantown. 

Visitation will be Wednesday, March 29, 2006 from 4:00-9:00 PM and again on Thursday, March 30, 2006 from 8:00-10:45 AM at the Moss Funeral Home in Germantown. 

Memorials can be made to Mater Dei High School, VNA-TIP Hospice, or to the American Cancer Society and will be received at the funeral home.
