He was born February 4, 1940 in Breese to Otto and Theresa (Richter) Kuhn: they preceded him in death

Also preceded in death by his twin brother Dennis Kuhn and a infant brother Virgil Kuhn

He married Pam Kruse October 12, 1993 in Gatlinburg TN; and she survives in Breese

Also surviving is a daughter Stacey (Brad) Varel of Breese

A son Chad (girlfriend Anna Schmeink) Kuhn of Breese

A Granddaughter Sadie Varel

Brother Tom Kuhn of Breese

A sister Joanne Kuhn of Breese

Father and Mother in-law Robert & Earline Kruse of Beckemeyer

Moto was employed with Donnelwald Distributing in Centralia where he was a truck driver and warehouse manager

Member of St. Augustine Church in Breese and Teamsters Local 50 Centralia

Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday June 17, 2003 at 11 AM at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Breese with Fr. Chuck Tuttle officiating. Interment St. Dominic - St. Augustine Cemetery, Breese

Visitation will be held on Monday June 16 from 4 to 9 PM and on Tuesday June 17 from 8 to 10:30 am at the Moss Funeral home in Breese

Memorials can be made to the American Heart Association or to St. Augustine Church and will be received at the funeral home
