Eleanor Leathem 94 of St. Charles, MO died Saturday April 21, 2007 at Charlevoix Health Care Center in St. Charles, MO 

She was born December 8, 1912 in Breese, IL to Max and Mary (Moss) Goewert: they preceded her in death 

She married David “Earl” Leathem February 14, 1940 in St. Louis, MO and he preceded her in death August 1, 1968 

Also preceded in death by brothers Herman Goewert, Fr. Leonard Goewert, Joseph Goewert, Ferd Goewert, Bernard Goewert, Sisters Mildred Schmeder, Adele Goewert, Bernice Cryder 

She is survived by nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews 

Eleanor was a beautician 

Member of Corpus Christi Church Jennings, MO, Sanctuary Society, Ups and Downettes in Jennings, MO, St. Ferdinand’s Township Democratic Club, Lioness Club of Jennings, Charter member of AARP #1096 

Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday April 30, 2007 at 10:00 am at St. Charles Barromeo Catholic Church in St. Charles, MO. Interment Memorial Park, St. Louis, MO
