Margaret McGinnis 95 of Breese died Tuesday October 26, 2004 at Caring First Nursing Home in Breese

 She was born August 27, 1909 in St. Rose to Gerhard and Catherine (Ahlers) Holtgrave: they preceded her in death  

She married Michael McGinnis June 19, 1954 at St. Rose Church and he preceded her in death May 28, 1994

 Also preceded in death by a brother Herbert Holtgrave, sisters Mathilda Barranco and Alvina Matscher, Sr. Gerald Holtgrave PHJC, Sr. Mary Pascal Holtgrave PHJC 

Surviving are brothers Cletus (Florence) Holtgrave of St. Rose and Andrew Holtgrave of Iuka 

Sisters Sr. M. Gerard PHJC of Donaldson IN and Trudy (Norbert) Arentsen of Shiloh

 Many nieces and nephews 

Margaret was a retired LPN from St. Ann Hospital in Chicago

 Member of St. Augustine Catholic Church and Altar Sodality in Breese 

Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday October 30, 2004 at 10:00 am at St. Augustine Catholic Church with Fr. Chuck Tuttle officiating. Interment St. Dominic-St. Augustine Cemetery

 Visitation will be held on Friday October 29 from 5 to 8 PM and on Saturday October 30 from 8 to 9:45 am at the Moss Funeral Home in Breese 

Memorials can be made to the donor’s choice and will be received at the funeral home.
