Harvel H. “Buckets” Peters, 84, of Trenton, died Friday, October 13, 2006 at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis. 

Mr. Peters was born January 22, 1922 in Trenton, IL to Henry and Dorothea (Herstein) Peters; they preceded him in death. 

He married Ethel Doelling on June 1, 1950 in Union City, TN; she preceded him in death on October 14, 2002. 

Also preceded in death by a sister Evelyn Marsh and a brother-in-law Harvey Marsh 

Surviving is a son Mark Peters, and a daughter Dorothea (Thomas) Louden all of Trenton 

2 Granddaughters- Darci (Tim) Louden-Materkowski and Dorri (friend Tim Stempel) Louden all of Trenton  

Buckets was a farmer 

He was a member of St. John United Church of Christ in Trenton, Trenton VFW Post 7983, and was the past Worshipful Master of the Trenton Masonic Lodge. 

Memorial Service will be Wednesday, October 18, 2006 at 10:00 AM at the Moss Funeral Home in Trenton with Rev. Mark Buck officiating. 

Memorials can be made to the Trenton Nutrition Center, Trenton Park Board, or to St. John United Church of Christ and will be received at the funeral home.
