Eunice M. Rea, nee Garretson, 88, of Trenton, died Saturday, October 21, 2006 at Aviston Countryside Manor. 

Mrs. Rea was born April 26, 1918 in Wyoming County, West Virginia to Charles and Nettie (Shrewsbury) Garretson; they preceded her in death. 

She married Irvin Moffatt in June 1943 at Lebanon, IL; he preceded her in death February 15, 1973.  She then married Roy Rea in October 1974 and he preceded her in death in 1989. 

Also preceded in death by brothers Lawrence Garretson, Ivan Garretson, and Hillard Garretson, and sisters, Lissie Garretson and Jeanne Gabany. 

Surviving is a daughter Margaret Moffatt of Trenton and a son Robert (Jeannie) Moffatt of Phoenix, AZ. 

A Grandson, Jonathan Moffatt of Trenton. 

Brothers, George (Ann) Garretson of Marietta, OH and Blaine (Dorothy) Garretson of Georgia. 

Eunice graduated McKendree College in Lebanon with a degree in Education and was a former teacher in the Collinsville School District. 

She was a member of Grace Community Baptist Church in Trenton. 

Funeral Services will be Monday, October 23, 2006 at 10:00 AM at the Moss Funeral Home in Trenton with Rev. Bobby Neighbors officiating.  Interment will follow in Trenton Cemetery. 

Visitation will be Sunday, October 22, 2006 from 5:00-8:00 PM and again on Monday, October 23, 2006 from 9:00 AM to the time of services at the Moss Funeral Home in Trenton. 

Memorials can be made to H.I.S.K.I.D.S. or to the charity of the donor’s choice and will be received at the funeral home.
