Sue Ann Rickhoff, 68, of Germantown died Wednesday November 28, 2007 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Belleville 

She was born June 10, 1939 in Breese to Ralph and Grace (Bartle) Wetzel: they preceded her in death 

She married Vincent “Peggy” Rickhoff February 4, 1959 at St. Boniface Church in Germantown and he preceded her in death August 17, 2002 

Also preceded in death by a daughter Jeanine Rickhoff, a brother Robert Wetzel, brothers-in-law Clarence “Yank” Rickhoff, Raymond “Doc” Rickhoff, Frank Winkeler, Herman Seelhoefer, sister-in-law Johanna Rickhoff 

Surviving are sons Roger (Gail) Rickhoff of Germantown, Joe (Shannon) Rickhoff of Aviston 

2 granddaughters Rachel and Christine Rickhoff 

A brother-in-law Edward “Peabody” (Girlie) Rickhoff of Bartelso 

sisters-in-law Carol Wetzel of Havelock, NC, Aggie Winkeler of Bartelso, Dolores Seelhoefer of Bartelso, Flossie (Julio) Granda of Addieville 

Numerous and nephews and nieces 

Sue Ann formerly owned and operated Rickhoff’s tavern in Bartelso, prior to her ownership she was a bank teller, grade school teacher at Holy Childhood in Mascoutah, and worked in various factories  

She was a member of St. Boniface Catholic Church in Germantown, Carlyle VFW Auxiliary, Mascoutah Moose Auxiliary, Clinton County Tavern Association 

Funeral mass of Christian burial will be Saturday December 1, 2007 at 10 am at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Germantown with Frs. James Buerster and Henry Fischer officiating Interment St. Boniface Cemetery  

Visitation will be held on Friday November 30 from 4 to 9 PM and on Saturday December 1 from 8 to 9:45 am at the Moss Funeral Home in Germantown 

Memorials can be made to Carlyle VFW Auxiliary, Mascoutah Moose Auxiliary, BCMW and Carlyle Senior Citizens and will be received at the Moss Funeral Home in Germantown
