Marian M. Rieger 79 of Trenton died Thursday May 6,
2004 at St. Joseph hospital in Breese
She was born July 14, 1924 in Shiloh to William and Meta (Weil)
Perschbacher: they preceded her in death
Also preceded in death by a brother Earl Perschbacher and a
sister Helen Biver
She married Clinton Rieger February 15, 1947 in Summerfield and
he survives in Trenton
Also surviving are sons Gary (Karen) Rieger, John (Cheri) Rieger,
Bob (Ruth) Rieger all of Trenton, and Mike Rieger of St. Maarten
Daughters Mary Lou (Del) Lurtz of Fairview Heights, Karen Gibson
of Anchorage Alaska, Kathy (Mike) Burris of Collinsville
14 grandchildren
Sisters-in-law Florence Perschbacher of Marion, Vera (Walter)
Kuhn of Trenton, Betty (Glen) Korte of Troy
Marian was the former owner of Trenton Bakery from 1969 to 1991
Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday May 11, at 10:00 a.m. at
the Moss Funeral Home in Trenton
With Rev. Tom Perl officiating. Interment Trenton Cemetery
Visitation will be held on Monday May 10 from 4 to 9 PM and on
Tuesday May 11 from 8 am to time of Services at the Moss Funeral
Home in Trenton
Memorials can be made to the American Diabetes Association and
will be received through the funeral home
