Margaret W. Rolfingsmeier 85 of Breese died Tuesday May 22, 2007 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Belleville 

She was born February 10, 1922 in Breese Twp., to Ferdinand and Wilhelmina (Feltrop) Ratermann: they preceded her in death 

Also preceded in death by a daughter-in-law Pat Rolfingsmeier, brothers Virgil Ratermann, Herman Ratermann, Bill Ratermann, Hubert Ratermann, sisters Ann Lampe, Hilda Ripperda, Rita Ratermann, brothers-in-law Ed Mehochko, Bud Rolfingsmeier, Jerry Rolfingsmeier, Aloys Rolfingsmeier, Frank Hilbus, Richard Mete, Lawrence Ripperda, Joe Lampe, sisters-in-law Minnie Ratermann, Martha Mete, Rosalie Buton, Millie Hilbus 

She married Raymond Rolfingsmeier February 10, 1942 at St. Francis Church in Aviston and he survives in Breese 

Also servings are sons Dennis (Joni) Rolfingsmeier of Breese, Chuck (Barb) Rolfingsmeier of Carlyle, Paul Rolfingsmeier of Breese, Dave (Cindy) Rolfingsmeier of Frogtown

Margaret was an employee of Aramark Food Service at Central High School in Breese, past cook at Wil-Char Restaurant in Breese and worked at Marine Garment Factory. She was an avid quilter and volunteer at her work, church and social events. 

Member of St. Augustine Church and St. Monica Altar Sodality in Breese 

Funeral mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday May 25, 2007 at 10:00 am at St. Augustine Church in Breese with Fr. Chuck Tuttle and Deacon Bob Lippert officiating. Interment St. Dominic-St. Augustine Cemetery 

Visitation will be held on Thursday May 24 from 4 to 9 PM and on Friday May 25 from 8 to 9:45 am at the Moss Funeral Home in Breese 

Memorials can be made to St. Augustine Church and will be received at the funeral home
