Leona
C. Schulte, nee Roberg, 88, of Germantown, died Thursday, January
31, 2008 at Carlyle Healthcare Center.
She
was born October 3, 1919 in Beckemeyer, to Joseph and Anna (Kloeckner)
Roberg; they preceded her in death.
She
married Alois F. Wuebbels on June 7, 1939 at St. Anthony Church in
Beckemeyer; he preceded her in death on August 1, 1988.
She
then married Leo Schulte on September 9, 1995 at St. Boniface Church
in Germantown; he preceded her in death on September 21, 2005.
Also
preceded in death by a daughter, Mary Ellen Wuebbels, brothers,
Joseph Roberg and Ray Roberg, and sisters, Caroline Wuebbels and
Mary Roeckenhaus.
Surviving are her sons, Don Wuebbels of Phoenix, AZ and Wayne
(friend Joyce Becker) Wuebbels of Germantown.

Leona
was a house cleaner and worked as a seamstress. She was an avid
Quilter.
She
was a member of St. Boniface Church and Altar Sodality, and the
Clinton County Farm Bureau.
Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday, February 4, 2008 at
11:00 AM at St. Boniface Church in Germantown with Fr. James
Buerster officiating. Interment will follow in St. Boniface
Cemetery.
Visitation will be Sunday, February 3, 2008 from 4:00-8:00 PM and
again on Monday, February 4, 2008 from 8:00-10:45 AM at the Moss
Funeral Home in Germantown. |
