Adam C. Tebbe, 16, of Jamestown, died Friday, December 17, 2004 at St. Joseph Hospital in Breese

 He was born March 23, 1988 in Breese to Terri (Tebbe) Poteete; she survives in Jamestown

 Also surviving are his brothers, Aaron and Alex Poteete  

Grandparents, Charles and Sheila (Burge) Tebbe of Jamestown 

Aunts and Uncles, Tim (fiancée Kathy Macke) Tebbe of Jamestown, Tracy (Larry) Hempen of Breese, and Tammie Tebbe of Jamestown

 Great-Grandmother, Doris Coffey of Winfield, MO 

Cousins Jessie and Nicole Hempen

 Preceded in death by his great grandparents Robert Coffey, Leo and Regina Tebbe 

Adam was a junior at Breese Central High School where he was a member of the FFA

 Funeral Mass will be Monday, December 20, 2004 at 11 AM at St. Felicitas Catholic Church in Beaver Prairie with Fr. Larry Nickels officiating.  Interment will follow in St. Felicitas Cemetery. 

Visitation will be Sunday, December 19, 2004 from 4 to 9 PM and again on Monday, December 20, 2004 from 8 to 10:30 AM at the Moss Funeral Home in Breese.

 Memorials can be made to Aaron and Alex Tebbe Educational Fund and will be received at the funeral home
