Leo B. Thole, 97, of St. Rose, died Tuesday, March 25, 2008 at Caring First Nursing Home in Breese. 

He was born January 5, 1911 in St. Rose TWP to Herman and Elizabeth (Korte) Thole; they preceded him in death.  

Also preceded in death by a sister Cecilia Thole and a brother, Otto Thole. 

Surviving is a sister-in-law, Genevieve Thole of St. Rose, and 2 nieces, Geri (Dennis) Frohn of St. Rose and Julle (Jim) Cagle of Highland. 

4 Great Nieces and Great Nephews, Lauren, Sarah, and J. Cameron Cagle and Devon Frohn. 

Leo was a farmer. 

He was a member of St. Rose Catholic Church and Men’s Sodality. 

Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday, March 28, 2008 at 3:00 PM at St. Rose Catholic Church with Fr. Edward Schaefer officiating.  Interment will follow in St. Rose Cemetery. 

Visitation will be Thursday, March 27, 2008 from 4:00 to 9:00 PM and again on Friday, March 28, 2008 from 12:00-2:30 PM at the Moss Funeral Home in Breese. 

Memorials can be made to Mater Dei High School or St. Rose Church and will be received at the funeral home.
