Robert S. “Bob” Tyler 86 of Breese died Wednesday May 11, 2005 at St. Elizabeth hospital in Belleville

 He was born November 2, 1918 in Chicago, IL to Robert S. and Catherine (Slater) Tyler: they preceded him in death 

He married Marcella Kuhl-Ryan November 7, 1970 at St. Felicitas Church in Beaver Prairie and she preceded him in death February 24, 2005

 Also preceded in death by sisters Dorris Bender, Jo Chamblin, Pat Larsen, brothers-in-law Bob Bender, Doug Chamblin, Robert Kuhl and Carl Schlarmann, sister-in-law Dorothy Schlarmann

 Surviving is a sister Jean (Bruno) Rzepka of Chicago

 Sister-in-law Valeria Kuhl of Germantown

 Brother-in-law Axel Larsen of California

 Several nieces and nephews 

Bob was retired from Schwinn Bicycle Co. in Chicago. An Army Veteran of WWII

 Member of  St. Dominic catholic Church and Eucharistic minister, Charter member of the Padre Pio Prayer Group, Breese American legion Post 252

 Funeral Mass Saturday May 14, 2005 at 9 AM at St. Dominic Catholic Church in Breese with Fr. Patrick Peter officiating. Interment Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Hillside, IL

 Visitation will be held on Friday May 13 from 5 to 8 PM and Saturday May 14 from 8 to 8:45 am at the Moss Funeral home in Breese

 Memorials can be made to the donors’ choice and will be received the funeral home

 Breese American Legion member s will hold services at 7:30 Pm on Friday at the funeral home
