Loretta E. Wessling, 85, of Bartelso died Tuesday January 30, 2007 at St. Joseph Hospital in Breese 

She was born July 9, 1921 in Bartelso to Bernard and Frances (Freant) Wilken: they preceded her in death 

She married Raymond Wessling September 10, 1947 at St. Cecilia Church in Bartelso and he preceded her in death February 26, 2006  

Also preceded in death by a son Gary Wessling, a brother Bernard Wilken Jr., brothers-in-law Vincent Wessling, Wilbert Wessling, John Schaeffer, Clarence Beer, sisters-in-law Margaret Wilken and Eleanor Wessling 

Surviving is a daughter-in-law Doris Wessling of Carlyle 

Granddaughters Mallory and Bridget Wessling 

Brothers-in-law Edward (Cele) Wessling of Carlyle, Art (Bert) Wessling of Germantown 

Sisters-in-law Alvina Schaeffer and Florence Beer both of Mascoutah 

Numerous nieces and nephews 

Loretta was a homemaker 

Member of St. Cecilia Catholic Church and Altar Sodality in Bartelso 

Funeral Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday February 2, 2007 at 2:00 pm at St. Cecilia Catholic Church in Bartelso with Fr. Henry Fischer officiating. Interment St. Cecilia Cemetery 

Visitation will be on Thursday February 1 from 5 to 8 PM and on Friday February 2 from 11 am to 1:30 pm at the Moss Funeral Home in Germantown 

Memorials can be made to Clinton County Special Olympics or St. Cecilia Church and will be received a the funeral home
