She was born February 26, 1939 in
Highland, IL to Melvin Ruth and Kathryn
(Grolle-Ruth) Peters: they preceded her in death
Also preceded in death by her
step-father Harold Peters, brothers Richard A. Ruth and Tim Peters,
a sister Phyllis Schultz, mother-in-law Oletha Erwin
She married Richard Erwin February
17, 1958 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Lebanon, and he survives
in Trenton
Also surviving are her children Mike
(Laurie) Erwin of Trenton, Wanda (Danny) Coulombe of Caldwell Idaho,
Richard (Lori) Erwin of Kenosha, WI, Debra (Sherman) West of
O’Fallon, Tony (Geralyn) Erwin of Belleville, Christine Frerker of
Trenton, Steven (Carla) Erwin of Pocahontas, Diane (Craig) Zeisset
of Guntersville, AL

Funeral service Thursday November 5,
2009 at 10:00 am at St. John United Church of Christ in Trenton with
Rev. Linzy Collins Jr and Rev. Sam Roethemeyer officiating.
Interment Trenton Cemetery
Visitation will be held on Wednesday
November 4 from 4 to 8 pm and Thursday November 5 from 9 to 9:45 am
