Edmund A. Korte 86 of Trenton died Tuesday April 13, 2010 at Countryside Manor in Aviston 

He was born January 28, 1924 in Trenton to Herman and Theresa (Miller) Korte: they preceded him in death 

He married Leola Lohman June 4, 1946 at St. Francis Church in Aviston and she preceded him in death October 8, 2002 

Also preceded in death by a daughter Julie Korte, a sister Marcella Meddows, brothers Alphonse, Lee, Louis, Melvin, Otto and Raymond Korte 

Survivng are his children Ruth A. Korte of Monticello, Jean Marie (John) Fountain of Vero beach FL, Doris (Dick) McIntyre of Carlyle, Rita Mae (Dennis) Drees of Trenton, Rosemary (Terry) Thornton of Trenton, Charlie (Vickie) Korte of Aviston, Lynn (Craig Hoolihan) of Trenton, Rich (Lisa) Korte of Breese 

13 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren 

A sister Loretta Gorman of Buffalo WY 

A sister-in-law Mary Jane Korte of Trenton 

Ed retired from Farming and Cooper B-Line in Highland 

Funeral Mass of Christian burial will be Friday, April 16, 2010 at 10:00 AM at St. Mary Catholic Church in Trenton, with Fr. Gene Kreher officiating. Interment St. Mary Cemetery 

Visitation will be Thursday, April 15 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM and Friday, April 16 from 8:00 to 9:45 AM at the Moss Funeral Home in Trenton 

Memorials can be made to Heartland Hospice and will be received at the funeral home
