Ruth R. Schrage 79 of St. Rose died Tuesday May 4, 2010 at Aviston Country Side Manor 

She was born May 11, 1930 in Aviston to Leo and Margaret (Heimann) Richter: they preceded her in death 

She married Edgar Schrage June 25, 1952 at St. Francis Church in Aviston and he preceded her in death May 22, 1980 

Also preceded in death by sons Joseph, Roger and Gary Schrage, brothers Leo and Virgil Richter, sisters Valeria Ripperda, Florence Albers, Aunt Vera Schaefer, brothers and sisters-in-law Eugene Ripperda, Charles Albers, Oscar Schrage, Ferdinand Schrage, Bernard Schrage, Cletus Schrage, Marie Schrage, Theresa Schrage 

Surviving are her children Kathy (Tom) Altgilbers of St. Rose, Kevin Schrage of St. Rose, Karen (Jim) Stroot of Aviston, Carl Schrage of Deggendorf Germany, Randy Schrage of St. Rose 

10 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren 

A sister Leona Richter of New Baden 

Brother and Sisters-in-law Bernice Richter of Aviston, Sr. Rose Schrage ASC of Ruma, Jim (Sandy) Schrage of Boulder 

Ruth was a homemaker 

Member of St. Rose Catholic Church, Daughters of Isabella Precious Blood Circle 718, Aviston American Legion Auxiliary 

Funeral Mass of Christian burial will be Friday May 7, 2010 at 11:00 am at St. Rose Catholic Church with Fr. Edward Schaefer officiating. Interment St. Rose Cemetery 

Visitation will be held on Thursday May 6 from 4 to 9 PM and Friday May 7 from 8 to 10:30 AM at Moss Funeral Home in Breese 

Daughters of Isabella will pray the rosary Thursday at 7PM at the funeral home 

Memorials St. Rose Church or Heartland hospice and will be received at the funeral home
