Jane M. Strotheide, nee Boenhoff, 72, of Beaver Prairie died Thursday December 10, 2009 at St. Joseph Hospital in Breese 

She was born September 12, 1937 in St. Rose to Theodore and Elsie (Feldmann) Boenhoff: they preceded her in death 

She married Leroy Strotheide November 7, 1959 at St. Felicitas Catholic Church in Beaver Prairie and he preceded her in death August 18, 1999 

Also preceded in death by her father and mother-in-law Ralph and Almeda (Lappe) Strotheide, brother-in-law Wilbert Pingsterhaus 

Surviving are her children Joyce Strotheide, Brenda Strotheide, Sharon Strotheide all of Beaver Prairie, Janet (Paul) Pitt of Beckemeyer, Brian (Luci) Strotheide of Edwardsville 

9 grandchildren Chelsey, Crystal, Benjamin and Madison Strotheide, Josh, Eric, Tim, Justin, Jennifer Pitt 

A great granddaughter Hailie Pitt 

A brother Dave “Butch” (Chris) Boenhoff of Beaver Prairie 

A sister Florence (Charlie) Pingsterhaus of Little Prairie 

Sister-in-law Geraldine Strotheide of Carlyle 

Jane worked at Carlyle Shoe factory and was a homemaker. She enjoyed quilting 

Member of St. Felicitas Catholic Church in Beaver Prairie 

Funeral service Monday December 14, 2009 at 10:30 AM at St. Felicitas Church in Beaver Prairie with Deacon Bob Lippert officiating. Interment St. Felicitas Cemetery 

Visitation will be Sunday December 13 from 4 to 8 PM and Monday December 14 from 8 to 10 am at the Moss Funeral Home in Breese 

Memorials can be made to American Caner Society or National Kidney Foundation and will be received at the funeral home
