Margaret M. Timmermann, nee
Usselmann, 74, of St. Rose, died Tuesday, January 26, 2010 at her
residence.
Mrs. Timmermann was born
February 3, 1935
in Breese, IL to Henry and Wilhelmina (Deerhake) Usselmann; they
preceded her in death.
Also preceded in death by sisters,
Florence Usselmann, Dorothy Buller, and Veronica Boehm; a
sister-in-law, Rita Timmermann; brothers-in-law, Joe Drees, Tom
Ziegler, William Timmermann, John Timmermann, Stanley Timmermann,
August Timmermann, Jr., Matt “Hammer” Timmermann, and James “Doc”
Timmermann.
She married Nick Timmermann on
January 14, 1958 at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Breese; he
survives in St. Rose.
In addition to her husband she is
survived by her children, Dan (Cheryl) Timmermann of O’Fallon, Mike
(Brenda) Timmermann of St. Rose, Julie (Leon) Voss of Breese, Nick
(friend Yvonne Foppe) Timmermann of St. Rose, and Craig (Peggy)
Timmermann of Aviston; 12 Grandchildren, Adam (Shannon) Timmermann,
Ashley Timmermann, Eric (Lindsay) Timmermann, Danielle (friend
Taylor) Timmermann, Kayla (friend Josh) Timmermann, Luke Voss, Leann
Voss, Brady Timmermann, Madison Timmermann, Kyle (friend Katlin)
Timmermann, Megan Timmermann, and Amber Timmermann; brothers, Ray
(Florence) Usselmann and Andrew “Bud” Usselmann all of Breese;
sisters, Evelyn Drees of Trenton, Julie (Sylvester) Hilmes of
Breese, Irene Ziegler and Mary Ann Usselmann both of Park Forest,
IL; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Floriann Timmermann, Annie
Timmermann, Albert (Clara Mae) Timmermann all of St. Rose, Marcel
“Lefty” (Doris) Timmermann of Breese, and Mary (Vernon) Kombrink of
O’Fallon; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Margaret retired as a clerk from
Schuette Stores and a cook at St. Rose
Grade School. She enjoyed
her grandchildren, cooking, playing cards, and doing anything as a
family.
She was a member of St. Rose Church
and Altar Sodality and the St. Rose Development Club.
Funeral Mass of Christian Burial
will be Friday, January 29, 2010 at 2:00 PM at St. Rose Catholic
Church with Fr. Patrick Peter officiating. Interment will follow in
St. Rose
Cemetery.
Visitation will be Thursday, January
28, 2010 from 4:00-9:00 PM and again on Friday, January 29, 2010
from 11:00 AM-1:30 PM at the Moss Funeral Home in Breese.
Memorials can be made to St. Rose Church, Community Link, or to VNA-TIP
Hospice and will be received at the funeral home. |
