Craig Anthony Mueller, Jr., infant son of Rishell Ann (nee Rakers) and Craig Anthony Mueller, Sr. of Breese, was born and gained his angel wings on Saturday, May 27, 2023 at HSHS St. Joseph’s Hospital in Breese.
In addition to his parents, Craig Anthony is survived by his siblings, Lucas Kues, Alyssa, Olivia, and Aubrey Mueller; grandparents, Tom and Michell (nee Steinmann) Rakers of Jamestown and Judy (nee Huelsmann) Mueller of Breese; great-grandmothers, Betty (nee Trame) Shenkel and Kathleen (nee Howard) Huelsmann both of Breese; uncles and aunt, Jake and Becky Rakers of Jamestown, Corey Mueller of Fairview Heights, and Christopher Mueller of Edwardsville; and cousins, Bo and Karlie Rakers.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Dave Mueller; and great-grandparents, Tom Steinmann, Ann (nee Lease) Steinmann, Carl and Joan (nee Williams) Rakers, Larry Shenkel, Robert Huelsmann, and Marcellus and Isabelle (nee Frohn) Mueller.
A private family service will be held at Moss Funeral Home in Breese.
In lieu of flowers, plants, and other gifts, memorials may be made to Women and Infants Center-HSHS St. Joseph’s Hospital in Breese and will be received by mail, Moss Funeral Home, 535 N. 5th St. Breese, IL 62230, who is serving the family.
