William G. “Bill” Beach, age 75, of Oakdale and formerly Bartelso, passed away Tuesday, January 7, 2025, at his home. He was born February 28, 1949, in Evansville, IN, a son of the late James and Ellen, nee Petersen, Beach. Bill married Patricia A. Albers June 30, 1972, at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Germantown and she survives in Oakdale.
In addition to his wife, Bill is survived by his children, Clinton Beach of Breese and Ashley (significant other, Nicholas Taft) Toennies of Oakdale; grandchildren, Trevor Jansen, Willow Toennies, Kinsley Beach, and Keaton Beach; sister, Linda (Terry) McFain of Pocahontas; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Donnie (Cynthia) Albers of Manteno, IL, Allen (Madonna) Albers of Germantown, and LeaAnn Albers of Germantown; and nephews and nieces, Adam McFain, Jimmy McFain, Laura Taylor, Joey Albers, Jarrod Albers, Jody Albers, Jimmy Albers, Jolene Albers, Allison Easton, and Aaron Beckmann.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Dana Ranae Beach; parents-in-law, Virgil and Bernice, nee Diesen, Albers and Helen Albers; and sister-in-law, LouAnn Beckmann.
Bill retired from Natural Gas Pipeline in Hoffman as a maintenance specialist. He enjoyed muscle cars, hunting and fishing, and his beloved labrador retrievers Jake and Woody.
Visitation will be Monday, January 13, 2025, from 5:00-8:00 p.m. and again on Tuesday, January 14, 2025, from 10:00-11:00 a.m. at Moss Funeral Home in Germantown with a graveside service to follow at St. Boniface Cemetery in Germantown.
In lieu of flowers, plants, and other gifts, memorials may be made to the Clinton County Humane Society and will be received at the visitation or by mail, Moss Funeral Home, PO Box 117, Germantown, IL 62245, who is serving the family.
